i bought this 5 months ago and it works as described. So far i have had 3 different severed body parts in it and none of them went bad. it kept them fresh for my liking. must have ref. too bad there isnt a flush installation option. but overall i would give it 6 stars but cant.

I bought this 18 months ago. The only problem was that the frame did not fit and I had to use the old frame which now makes it impossible to access the part where the compressor is. I was replacing another identical kitchen aid side by side refrigerator.

I am very disappointed in the refrigerator I received yesterday. They did not send the door handles so my kids need my wife or I to open it . The refrigerator side will not get below 58 degrees and it continually running

LOL, just read the review on 3/12/16 and mine has died 3 times and they rebuilt it three times and I've talked to people at KitchenAid and they gave me a too bad attitude. Will NOT buy another KitchenAid product ever again.

we'll see if KA will let this review stand. the main control board was badly designed: there are hundreds of complaints online for the same problem. KA has chosen to abandon the product and no longer makes the main control board. will not be buying any KA products in the future. the ice maker has not worked since purchase despite multiple service calls.
